How To Become The Most Muscular Man In The World?
One of the most important lessons for any bodybuilder to learn is that dedication is the key to success. If you do not dedicate yourself to becoming a muscular person then you are never going to succeed. Going to the gym regularly is something that can be quite challenging and it is essential that you stay motivated. This is more an article about how to stay motivated and build the body that you want. I am a bodybuilder, but by no means the most muscular man in the world and sometimes not even the most muscular man in the gym. This is not what is important, what is important is that I know what my goals are: to build muscle and become a better bodybuilder. The question here is; how you are going to keep motivated?
Realise You’re Going To Have To Work For It
Bodybuilding is a time-consuming process and one that requires a long-term commitment. Despite what you might read on the internet, there is no quick fix for building muscle and you cannot build it without putting in considerable effort. You need to be the sort of person who can put in effort consistently, every day, and if you are not that sort of person you need to change your mindset before you even start working out.

Set Goals
I organise a lot of workout programs for my clients and the most important thing in these workout programs is not the type of exercises they are going to be doing, it is about the goals they want to achieve. When I sit down for an initial consultation with someone I ask them very specific questions about what they want to achieve. These are not questions like ‘do you want to be the most muscular man in the world?’ Instead they are questions about how you want your body to be in a few months or in a few years. If people can’t answer these questions and want to see immediate results then I tell them that they are being unrealistic.
Work Out Deadlines Carefully
After we have discussed the goals that they want to achieve we set deadlines and targets and then we work out a routine for them to achieve it. If you want to see the kind of muscle gains that my clients have then you need to commit to a similar system of setting goals and reaching them. The benefit of having a personal trainer is they can tell you what is realistic and what is not. There is nothing more demoralising than not achieving the goals you have set out for yourself and it can be very easy for you to just give up if you find yourself not achieving what you desired.

There is no real secret to becoming the most muscular man in the world, as you would expect it’s about a combination of dedication and hard work.
