How Do You Lose Weight In Your Face With Neck And Chest Exercises?
We all know that the best way to lose weight in your face or in any part of your body is to lower down your calorie intake and to burn fat by working out. For some people, however, no matter how much slim or skinny they look after a successful weight loss plan, their faces still look fat. A double chin will surely not complement your sexy body. How do you lose weight in your face when you’ve already lost weight in other parts of your body? There are actually multiple exercises that can help you lose weight. Basically, you will need your shoulders, chest, neck and face to be able to perform these exercises properly.

Exercise # 1
Stand up or sit down with proper posture. Extend your neck as far as you can and look up to the ceiling. Do this with your chest out. Once you are able to view the ceiling, pucker up by moving your lips like when you kiss or smack. Do these repeatedly in sets of 12.
Exercise # 2

Perform isometric exercises using your neck. Pull your head forward using your hand. While doing this, apply resistance using your neck. Hold the position for about 10 seconds and release. Go back to your position slowly. Repeat the exercise by pulling your face to the right while using your right hand to hold your left ear. Apply resistance just the same. Do this on all sides to complete a full rotation. Remember to be careful so you won’t strain your neck.
Exercise # 3

Lie on your bed while letting your head dangle on the edge. Keep your hands on the side and slowly raise your head using your neck. Raise it until your chin reaches your chest. Hold it for around 5 – 10 seconds and release by carefully going back to your original position. Repeat this for at least 10 times a day. If you keep on doing it daily and you feel that your muscles are growing stronger, increase your repetitions daily. This exercise will not only help you lose fat but will also give you a natural face lift. Your face will look younger and slimmer.
Exercise # 4

Put your hands on the side while standing up and your chest out. Rotate your neck slowly by holding one position for ten seconds and then proceeding to another position. Start with tilting your head to right, then the back, the left and then the front. Shift positions slowly. Repeat for about 5 times.
It is not enough that you do these exercises. You should do them regularly, as much as possible, daily. If you do at least one of these exercises continuously for 2 weeks straight, you will be able to see results right away. Remember to practice proper posture all the time. Your chest should be out and your back should be straight. Avoid shrugs. Maintaining a proper posture will help you lose face fat. Most of all, do not forget to lessen caloric content. After all, your face wouldn’t be that fat if you do not eat so much fattening food.
