Layers are a great way to make your exercise clothing appropriate for the whole year. Instead of having clothes for the winter and summer have many layers so that you can wear them as appropriate. The advantage of this is also that when you are working out you can remove layers the hotter you become, this is especially advantageous in the winter months when it can be very cold when you start out but you quickly reach a hot temperature.
