Always drink water to keep your metabolism in a high pace and to make sure you do not get dehydrated. Drink green tea and black coffee as well because these two are great antioxidants and can do a lot of your diet.

Get Your Daily Dose Of Fiber

When you eat, your body absorbs all the good and bad substances from your food. Fiber will help your body digest faster so that your body does not absorb bad cholesterol and toxins. You do not need to worry about vitamin deficiency because that will not happen as long as you eat healthy food and as long as you do not go overboard with your fiber intake.

Don’t Skip Breakfast

When you are on a diet, no matter how busy you are, do not skip breakfast. When you start eating in the morning, your body will get the go signal to start metabolizing at a fast pace. If you don’t, your metabolism will be the same rate as when you were asleep, really slow. Faster metabolism equals more weight loss.
