It improves flexibility, balance, posture, muscle strength and endurance. Dancing is a great substitute for running, walking, sprinting and bicycling.

Dancing can be done by any age group. Aging women can benefit from this because it will improve their balance, agility and locomotion. Whether you are 5 years old or 50 years old, you will enjoy dancing.

Women find pleasure in talking and bonding. In all perspectives, women will want to work out more when they have a companion or companions. The ‘push’ that your friends or acquaintances give you whenever you work out is priceless. Women are the best team players.
